For me, hair has never been just about the way it looks. It's about how it makes you feel. I know firsthand that life can be busy. Between careers, family, responsibilities, and everything in between, it's easy to put yourself last. That's why I believe your time in my chair should be more than just another appointment. It should be a chance to pause, feel cared for, and leave feeling refreshed, confident, and like yourself again.

I've been behind the chair for more than ten years, and one thing has never changed: every guest deserves to feel seen and heard. Before I ever pick up my shears or mix a color formula, I want to understand you, your lifestyle, your routine, your hair goals, and what makes you feel confident.

​

My philosophy is simple: beautiful hair shouldn't just look amazing when you leave the salon. It should fit your lifestyle, be easy to maintain, and make you feel confident every day! Trends come and go, but timeless, healthy hair that works for you will always be my priority.

Originally from California, my family and I found our home here in Texas, where I opened Elizabeth Barajas Hair Studio. I intentionally created a private studio because I wanted every guest to enjoy a calm, one-on-one experience, without the noise and distractions of a traditional salon. From the moment you walk through the door, my goal is for you to feel welcomed, relaxed, and completely comfortable.

When I'm not in the studio, you'll usually find me with my family on our ranch, caring for our horses and other animals. Ranch life has taught me to appreciate the simple things: hard work, patience, and slowing down to enjoy the moments that matter. Those same values carry into the experience I strive to create for every guest who sits in my chair.

​

I'm also proud to be a Marine Corps Veteran. My time in the Marines shaped who I am, teaching me discipline, integrity, resilience, and a commitment to serving others. Those values continue to guide every part of my business and the level of care I provide to each guest.

​

Whether you're visiting for a signature haircut, dimensional highlights, or simply a little self-care, I want you to leave feeling like the very best version of yourself. Beautiful hair is only part of the experience.
